Equipment Setup – Noble Heller-lead – Crew needed: this position requires a crew to help twice a year during August to set up and take down art panels. Place sandwich board signs (3) on sidewalks in Ouray and hang two banners. (You do not need to attend monthly board meetings for this position.)
Grant Writer – OPEN POSITION – Two or three grants available per year that need requesting. (You do not need to attend monthly board meetings for this position.)
Hostess – OPEN POSITION – Organize volunteers (from a furnished list) for the annual AAH show – This would involve writing a letter to the provided contacts, confiming hosts, training on how to make a sale (easy) and making up a daily list of who is hosting on each of the ten days of the show. (You do not need to attend monthly board meetings for this position.)
Membership – Natalie Heller – Annual request for membership renewal using provided list. Keeping an updated membership list with contact information. (You do not need to attend monthly board meetings for this position.)
Permanent Collection & Wright Opera House Exhibits- Bobbie Johnson
Publicity Chair – OPEN
Job Description: Places ads in multiple media throughout the year with info on our annual AAH show. A list of media contacts will be provided. Training would be provided. Does not need to attend monthly board meetings for this position.
Publicity Assistants – Bonnie Heidbrack, Barbara Kendrick
Reception/ Caterer – OPEN
Ribbons (order & pickup ) – OPEN POSITION (You do not need to attend monthly board meetings for this position.)

You do not need to be a board member or attend meetings in order to volunteer your time or to fill some of the above positions. If you wish to become a board member but cannot attend all meetings, we can work around that as well.
We always need more help during the Artist’s Alpine Holiday show in July and August. Volunteers needed to sit various shifts during the show. Contact us at Ourayarts@gmail.com
