April 9th              AAH Registration Opens Online at www.ourayarts.org

June 25th            AAH Registration Closes at midnight

July 9th                Notifications of Acceptance emailed to artists

July 13th                Deadline for student mail-in entries

July 18th               Deadline for receipt of shipped artwork **

July 22nd             Walk in delivery of artwork Ouray Comm. Center 11 AM – 4 PM

July 23rd                Walk in delivery of artwork Ouray Comm. Center 9 AM – NOON

July 25th                Opening Reception for artists & volunteers Ouray Comm. Center 7 PM

July 26-Aug 4          58th Annual Artists’ Alpine Holiday Fine Arts Show (hours vary)

Aug 5th                  Pick up of artwork 11 AM to 2 PM

 

**Shipped artwork MUST be sent in an AIRFLOAT lined strongbox from www.airfloatsys.com or a similar foam lined box such as Uline www.uline.com. Any artwork shipped in loose materials, such as packing peanuts will not be unpacked or hung in the show. All unsold art will be returned in the same box. A pre-paid UPS label for return shipping must be included. (Include a $10 handling fee for shipped artwork, payable at check-out to OCAA) Mark your carton and ship by UPS or FED EX to:

SHIPPED WORK MUST BE RECEIVED BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 18th . Any artwork damaged during shipping will be returned to sender.
